These terms govern the use of our services in the areas of multimedia production, creative projects, and digital communication. By using our offers, you agree to the following provisions.
PM Multimedia provides services in the areas of video production, photography, graphic design, content creation, and digital strategy consulting. The exact scope of services is specified in the respective project contract. Changes require the written consent of both parties.
The client provides all necessary information, trademark rights, and approvals for the production. PM Multimedia undertakes to carry out the work professionally and to treat all provided data confidentially. Usage rights to the created works are transferred to the client only after full payment.
PM Multimedia is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. PM Multimedia assumes no responsibility for the client's compliance with third-party copyrights.
Project contracts end upon acceptance of the agreed service. For framework agreements, the notice period is four weeks to the end of the month. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected. After the contract ends, all unnecessary customer data will be deleted.
We reserve the right to change these terms of use with a notice period of 30 days. Customers will be informed of material changes by email. If the customer does not object within 14 days, the new terms are deemed accepted. The current version is available on our website.
